Sunup’s senior sire

“Drifter” is the result of seven decades of Sunup Ranch breeding. He combines athleticism, correct conformation, willing attitude and intelligence.

With close-up greats like Zan Parr Bar, Watch Joe Jack and Country Driftwood, Drifter crosses well with Sunup’s mares with Two Eyed Jack, George Paul, Freckles Playboy, Peponita and Gay Bar King lines, producing good looking, consistent foals.

Although he was never shown due to injury, Drifter’s offspring have excelled in various disciplines from AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse to AQHA Ranch Riding, AQHA Halter, NRCHA, and jackpot team roping. They have qualified for the AQHA VRH World Show, earned All-Arounds, and have NRCHA earnings.
