Lisa is game to try everything with her three Sunup horses: Extreme Trail, barrel racing, sorting, roping, skijoring, they’ve done it all.

“Ol’ Red” was started here at the ranch by our intern, Lauren.

Now six, Parsun is on his way to becoming a finished tie-down horse with Cade Cummings, who at age 16 has done the advanced training on this nice horse.

“Nikki” is a versatile daughter of Zans Tyree Drifter x Peppy Lil Rosebud.

Now seven, Nikki has done everything from ranch branding, to AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse, to Reined Cow Horse, to team roping.

Dawsons Drifter and Ella have visited the ranch several times after they won the AQHA Young Horse Development competition.

Ella is furthering her equine studies at the University of Montana Western.

Lili and her Sunup Ranch filly took 4th Place in the 2022 AQHA Young Horse Development program, winning a scholarship.

Lili is now training Sunups Lil Skipper under saddle.

Jaccis Star Drift is one of Zans Tyree Drifter’s most accomplished offspring.

Proudly owned by Sunup Ranch and Crow Bar Ranch, Jacci has excelled in AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse and National Reined Cow Horse Association competition.
