We selected Down To Tyree as a top buckskin son of Watch Tyree Two and out of the mare Downy Parr. The dam’s side of the pedigree is a short history of Sunup’s breeding program since the 1950s.
Downy Parr was a daughter of Zan Parr Sun by Zan Parr Bar, second dam a daughter of George Paul. Downy Parr was among Sunup’s top producing and consistent mares, producing good minded, athletic horses with terrific work ethic. “Tyree Jr,” as we call him, is a correct, typey individual, and among the favorites around the ranch.
His first foals arrive in 2022.
